At Beau Ties of Vermont, we take pride in our handcrafted quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new neckwear or accessories aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different pattern or style.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our Middlebury workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
